Attending the Emirates Labour Market Award event, organised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) was an honour. The event aligns with our vision of shaping a healthy work environment in DAMAC, as it recognises workforce wellbeing, productivity, labour rights, motivation, and competitiveness.

Additionally, the presence of His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Awar, the UAE Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, further amplified the event’s significance.
